• Application and Procedures

    ※As a rule, it takes 2 weeks to secure a tentative reservation date.

• Telephone inquiry reception hours

  11:00-20:00

• Payment Method

  The amount per person will be determined in advance.
  The number of participants will be counted at the reception desk on the day of the event to determine the amount to be paid.
  Settlement will be made immediately after the party.
  Cash or credit card will be accepted.
  We may request advance payment by bank transfer depending on the nature of your contract.
  

• Cancellation Policy

  3-2 months before the date of use : 40%
  2-1 month before the date of use : 70%
  1 month prior to the date of use - the day of use : 100%

• Other

  ・Your understanding and approval of our "Rules of Use" (*1) is required.

  ・Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  However, for use outside of normal business hours (11:00-23:00), a contract must be made at least one month prior to the date of use.

  ・As a rule, the number of people and details of the event must be confirmed or changed at least one week prior to the date of use.

  ・Alcohol is strictly prohibited for underage participants.

  ・Please bring your official ID(*2) with you.

  ・In principle, access to areas outside of the contracted reserved area is prohibited.
